Great *RARE* vintage small fiction hardback book from 1978 by Beatrix Potter. Photo 7 shows code 533-978 which is how you date these books...the 978 is 9 for September and the 78 is 1978. Photo 4 shows that the dust jacket is price clipped but binding and pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 46 years old.
