Great vintage 1ST EDITION medieval morality play fiction small thin paperback book from 1967 by Constance Cox. Text of book is in drama play format. Photos show comments in pencil on a lot of pages. Binding and other pages inside are in nice condition especially as the book is 58 years old.
A simplified version in modern English of the medieval morality play. Everyman, when he is summoned by Death, finds that, of all the friends, companions and possessions he has known on earth, not one will accompany him except Good Deeds and Knowledge.
