To consolidate with amendments the Acts and Orders of or relating to the Corporation of the city of Edinburgh with respect to the general administration of the city and the water and transport and certain other undertakings and services of the said Corporation and finance of the city and to confer further powers on them with respect thereto; to empower the Commissioners for the Habour and Docks of Leith to sell or feu land to the said Corporation; and for other purposes". 114 pages.
