An 8 page Particulars and Conditions of Sale a Motor Garage in Commercial Road, Macclesfield dated 8th September 1919.  Part of the sale involved an agreement to lease the rooms above to the Railway Mens Institute for a period of 3 years at a rental of 10/- per week.  Has two signatures and a witness signature.  Has been folded.
