"We George John Stevens, Mechanical Engineer, of 25 Eastlake Road, Loughborough Junction, London, SE, and William Evarts Richards Attorney and Counseller at Law, of 37 Woburn Square, London, W.C., do hereby declare the nature of this invention to be as follows: The object of our invention is an improvement in the construction of propellers for ships and of fans for ventilators, fans, blowers, and the like, which while admitting of great economy, simplicity and ease in construction, shall at the same time be far stronger and more durable than those in general use at the present time and also more efficient in use..."
