"Oswald Wheeler, residing at 19 Crown Point Road, Hunslet, in the City of Leeds, England, Engineer, (an Associate Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers), do hereby declare the nature of this invention to be as follows: The class of stoves to which the improvements apply is that with an open-fronted fire, mounted on wheels or rollers (which may or may not be on rails or in guides) to enable it to be withdrawn from the fire-place recess when it is desired to sweep the chimney..."
