"We, John Dawson and Robert Southworth Dawson, both of Bower Green Shed, Leeds Road, Bradford, in the County of York, Spinners, do hereby declare the nature of this invention to be as follows: This invention relates to that class of machinery for spinning and twisting fibrous material in which tension pulleys supported by pendant brackets or castings are employed to regulate the tension of the driving bands or tapes..."
