"I, Charles Showell of Lower Loveday Street in the City of Birmingham, Manufacturer, do hereby declare the nature of this invention to be as follows: This invention relates to improvements in the construction and arrangement of parts constituing cornice pole or other similar tubular fittings, and has for its object improved means whereby the desired varied angle of two junctional parts may be obtained, and also improved means whereby such parts may be connected to their respective rods..."
