1867 Bull's Head, Leek transfer of License Samuel Boothby to Daniel Tatton

An application document dated 26th August 1867 signed by Samuel Boothby of The Bull's Head, St. Edward Street, Leek to transfer the License to sell exciseable liquor to Daniel Tatton, shoemaker of Moorhouse Road.   Has signatures on the reverse declaring that a copy of the document has been left with Daniel Cartwright, one of the Overseers of the Poor and Jacob Swindells, one of the Constables.  Has been folded.
