Postcard PC White Pass Rail Road Engine 73 on Trestle Yukon Canada PCB A2413 New
I bought this on a recent trip to Whitehorse, Yukon and never used it.
This Postcard is of the White Pass & Yukon Route Engine 73 pulling the coal tender and 4 cars over a wooden trestle.
WP&YR Engine 73 is a Steam Locomotive and is seen pulling 4 cars. Engine 73, a 1947 Baldwin locomotive that has spent its entire life on the WP&YR
This Postcard is new and has never been mailed.
It measures 5-7/8 X 4 inches.
This postcard is in excellent condition.

From the turn of the century, the White Pass and Yukon Route railway carried freight and passengers from Whitehorse, Yukon, to tidewater at Skagway, Alaska. Today the train no longer makes that trip, but summer tourists ride from Skagway over the rugged coastal mountains and relive gold rush history.

My postcards are stored in a plastic storage bag and they are shipped in the same bag, with a piece of cardboard for a stiffener, placed inside of a standard envelope.
