Additional descriptive notes (if applicable): the full text on the back of the postcard reads: Tower Bridge with Car. This dramatic picture was taken to emphasise the road holding capabilities of a Lancia car. It is not known whether the car was driven up, or if the drawbridge was lifted with the car in place!
