Payment

I prefer Pay-Pal. I also accept Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards (issued by banks in the USA only). I guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if item is not as described and buyer returns it unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. On shipments outside the U.S.A., import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. California sales tax is charged on any shipment to an address in California.

Shipping

I usually ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment. I use the most economical shipping methods available. You can select other shipping methods. Shipping and handling costs are listed for a single item in the Shipping Costs table in the middle of this listing. All items are shipped insured with the insurance fee added when you process your order at checkout. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond our control.

If you purchase two (2) or more items from me in a 48-hour period, I will combine the shipments and this usually provides a discount on the total shipping and handling costs of 10% or more (This discount will not apply if multiple item shipping discounts are offered with the item). Shipping charges for most countries are detailed in my auction and store listings. Shipping charges for other Worldwide areas not quoted in my listings will be emailed to to you when requested or can be calculated by using the Shipping Calculator found in every listing.

Satisfaction Policy

I take great care in accurately describing the condition of the products I sell. I guarantee my items not to be DOA. If you receive your item and feel that the condition is not consistent with my description, let me know immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and I'll do my best to satisfy you. If I can't make you happy, just ship the item back, and I'll refund the purchase price.

If you need to return any item, please contact me by e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will help me process your credit quickly. Please print this RMA number clearly on the return carton. Return shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility. You should fully insure the item you return. Returned items must include all the original packing materials and all the documentation that came with the item, or the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Returned items that operate in accordance with specifications in this listing are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.

Some of Our Items Are Factory Refurbished

• When a retail store or a customer opens a product box and it is not purchased, the store cannot sell it as new and ships the item back to the manufacturer.
• Sometimes customers decide they do not wish to keep an item for any reason, (even if it is the day after it was purchased), the item is sent back to the manufacturer.
• When the manufacturer receives the returned item, the entire item is completely gone through to assure it meets all factory specifications and its quality is checked again.
• Demo units are also factory refurbished. They are inspected, tested and repackaged too.
