If nobody responds, email support@ebid.net. And if you get a good answer, ask them to update the FAQ.
Years ago I used to enjoy getting sales to places across the world, even getting friendly insights into places/cultures I might never visit. After Brexit I stopped including international postage in my listings and only occasionally sold when someone seeking a rare item would contact me. And now Trump is screwing over global trade. What a world.

My CN22 forms have no IOSS box.
My understanding is that......
The IOSS is only for the EU collecting tax & duties on large market places where the custom labels are generated for you and the market place has already collected the duties. e.g Amazon, Ebay, Delcampe etc.
Otherwise complete the form attach to your parcel, it will be down to the buyer in the EU to handle the duties and taxes due. And transit is usually delayed as notification to the buyer is made by the EU carrier, when held in customs to receive payment before being released.
I am sure support can confirm if eBid have one..

I asked this question a few years ago, and emailed eBid themsleves. The response was they were working on it.
So if you do find one, let us all know.
My workaround at the time and now for it with Royal Mail, was to not click on the "was the item sold on an online marketplace". This meant I didn't need an IOSS code.

No reply from head office after 2 days. Probably still working on it ?
You say no reply. Is that no reply to your post here (which may not be monitored) or no reply to a mail to support@ebid.net? Did you at least get the automated response, allocating a ticket number?

no reply from support although I did receive an automated ticket number, which in itself is useless and does not address this very important issue.
Send them another. A couple of months ago I sent a question, like you, got the auto response, nothing further. Some weeks later sent again and mentioned that ticket number, they had no record of it. So it would seem the ticketing system isn't 100% reliable and they're willing to help if they do receive your query.

i finally got a reply today after the third time of asking-
We are registered under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme for our EU-bound sales. However, please note that our IOSS number is not publicly disclosed, in line with best practices to prevent misuse or unauthorized use.
What is the point of having a number if we cannot use it on customs forms !!!!!!
