Sorry for my tardiness today, had a lot of stuff going on. I did manage to take the figures at the normal time, just couldn't get them on.

I am sure the guys at eBid may be able to help with some of the problems, though it may take them a little while to get around to everyone, I have an open ticket with eBid Support Team [EBID #HLY-67154-630]: to add the new countries to all my listings, allthough my reply was on 30/01/2008 09:33:17 with a Yes Please to their offer to assist I still have faith this is still in the works!

I'd send them a reminder on that one ( fao Mark) as they did mine in a couple of hours!

Private Merlin, before I put you on report, give the guys a chance to sort your auctions for you.

I emailed support last night and asked them to increase my picture frame width, increase the border, increase the size of my pictures and decrease the width of the frames for my T&Cs. When I woke up this morning, they'd made the changes to all my listings and that was 4 or 5 changes on each of almost 3,000 listings. I'm sure they could do the same for you very easily.

Private Blox, I think it may be wise to give support a nudge on the shipping changes.

Only managed 25 today, still not sure if I am going to be able to list tomorrow. On the other hand I am on a "no selling spree", so that helps to keep my numbers up.

We're on BST (British Summer Time) from the last Sunday in March until the last Sunday in October. BST is one hour ahead of GMT.

I don't think the change has anything to do with saving daylight; we just call it BST because it's the only way we can tell it's summer.
