Morning - thick fog here as well

Graham - I use Fisiocrem on my knees and joints when sore. It's a herbal type of Deep Heat - contains Arnica, Hypericum, Calendula and Peppermint. I was having a lot of trouble with my hip at work and a customer recommended it! Just google for suppliers.

Thanks Annie, I just ordered some as well as Mike is in terrible pain at the moment and you know what men are like, won't go to the GP just sit and moan and hope it goes away ( when the weather gets better, ha ha!!!) I got 2 tubes for 15.99 to include postage, was that good ?.

Morning everyone, still foggy here although it's lifted a lot since first thing. I have been VERY good this morning and listed about 20 - the Sarge will be pleased with me ( I hope!)

Buttons started the tablets again this morning so at last all the ironing is done.

Udder cream Nigel's mum has started to use we were told about it by a farmer who said it works, & they were right it certainly has eased the pain in her hands Yes the cream is what farmers use on the udders anyway Nigel is suppose to be going to try it, then he also wont hopefully have anything to moan about,

Glad Annie you have found something that helps hopefully Mike will as well.

Udder cream, well i never heard that, let me know how Somer gets on with it. I am still taking the pills but don't like to I would rather have HRT patches than take pills.
It sort of looks foggy here but above roof top level, by the way talking about roofs I think, well infact I know that our front roof has sprung a few leaks, mind you it was a bad storm so may just need a couple of tiles replacing and some flashing, we shall see when the little git who is fixing the back roof arrives

Humm it seems that after such a long lull the newbies think they can sneak in now. I had a bomb in disguise dropped in my kitchenalia store this morning. Of course I was busy with my postage editing so it couldn't be helped ! We shall have to be extra careful with all this fog around today !
