Thanks we are back from eating to much & was lovely seeing them I hate to admitt it but was last Sunday & I was 70, & Somers birthday card said from your toy Boy.

Well a very nice day weather wise, but by the time we returned home to tired to do anything else, but am still sober.

Good morning! The sun is shining, but it's not as warm as yesterday(yet) Barney has been outside and was disappointed when he discovered the hole in the fence is no longer there. He'll get over it! I am being taken out to lunch and then we will go shopping. It's going to be a busy week again with daughter arriving Thursday and some friends on Saturday. But I have noticed it is good for us to have other people around. So a little bit of extra work won't hurt. Tea and coffee are left in the canteen. I'll be seeing you

I have now lost 10lb on my diet and will admit to being naughty a couple or three times, just hoping GP won't put me back on those thyroid tablets again this month when I go for my blood test because there will be a fight.

I didn't know you were on a diet Private Buttons ? I always have this vision in my head that you were petite - wish I had lost 10lbs ! I have only made a feeble attempt since Christmas and all I've lost is 4lbs.

I would love to go out in the garden but the Mount Everest ironing pile is growing and if I want to take spare uniforms with me to the Cornish outpost then I had better tackle it !

afternoon all well have been on a trip to pay Visa'a & to do some shopping plus traffic no better around her anyway managed in the end to get somer a jacket., A darkish one as we have a funeral this week & wedding Easter Saturday, Also bought some summer shoes not exactly what wanted but better than nothing then when see the right ones can buy some more.
Will now try & do some of somers relists before putting the shopping away.

Has anyone found the secret to put more hours in the day. if so please let me know.

I was sarge till the prescribed the incorrect dose of thyroid pills, six a day instead of one and it very kindly dumped three stone on me almost, mind you I had no wrinkles in my face.

Morning - kettle's on, tea is made, but not sure how much bread is left for toast, but there are Cornflakes and Muesli + oranges for juicing.

Still p&p editing - slowly as I keep being interrupted - doing all the heavy items 1st as they seem to be the most affected by the changes.

But first another mug of tea.
