Spam spam spam
Anyone else getting spam sent through their listings?
I got a question on an item just now, telling me about another website to list on.
Ok - I got no problem if someone wants to tell me that through the forum messages, but now it is on the listings too
Report it.
Ebid tends to put the account on halt straight away and remove it from your listings.
Happened to me a few months ago, but in the middle of the night and someone beat me to reporting it.
When I got up in the morning I got about a dozen emails from ebid with the subject along the lines of: "warning, breach of policy". I thought I'd done something wrong
When I read the message it told me not to communicate with "x" ebidder, because they were in breach of ebid policy.
"Your user name has been forwarded to ebid - hopefully they will ban you for spamming through listings."
id say thats an exellent response from an ebid seller

that person is suspended and they are new to ebid. like your response though to their spam, also its not that hard to find its on your 1st listing in your first store 15815594

Had a reply from support - they have taken the appropriate action.
As it happens, I went and had a look at the site in question.
£0.25 to upload any photo!
Store items.....£3.00 for 30 days for upto 20 items. That actually works out more than I pay per item on feebay.

If they want sellers they need to get their priorities sorted out. hardly any items there and undercut feebay and spam on that site.

Why does it say on your about me page.
"We have closed our items on Ebid for the time being.
They are all available elsewhere."
