    Default Customising reminders

    I would like to be able to customise any reminders sent by me, or on my behalf. A "library" of emails that can be edited would be ideal.

    I've just sent a payment reminder, and the wording set by ebid is a little blunt for my taste. You can't even see the wording until after you've sent it. Please allow me to customise reminders to use my own more friendly terminology. Thanks.

    Hear Hear!! I fully agree with this - please can the powers that be give a reply?

    Didn't realise there was a 'standard' payment reminder, always just done our own thing and most times its worked! - In trouble now I guess. We have noticed that on more than one occasion ebid emails go to people's spam boxes.

    If your sale goes sour you have to have used the official system three times to send reminders before you're allowed to put through a "non-payer" claim.
