ANYONE got a smallish SALAD recipe PLEASE……………………? It’s all I need to finish the book………

Swedish style potato salad

Peel and boil potatoes until soft, using unsalted water.
Drain, then "rinse" in well-salted boiling water.
Leave to cool.
Chop to bite-sized pieces.
Combine with good mayonnaise and finely chopped pickled gherkin.

All quantities to personal taste!
