I just checked it out in IE (I'm still using version 6 just for checking my coding - I'm an FF or GC fan) and I see a full listing with all the bells and whistles.

In FF I see the stadium map, payment options and shipping options in white box. In GC I only see the payment and shipping box in yellow with a huge white space above them.

Yes, but if you strip out and just validate your description code it fails validation on its own. FF may be being more strict in its interpretation of the code than IE so is showing more problems.

IE has to be lax to display the cr*ppy code generated by other MS products.

eBid should really sort out their basic page framework though. There is no excuse for that many errors.

eBid's pages now have an XHTML doctype not an HTML one.
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

XHTML differentiates between uppercase & lowercase for tags, it also expects you to use closing tags for everything.
Firefox is, as always, much stricter in its interpretation than IE.
Chrome & Safari seem to fall somewhere between but closer to firefox.

If you post & list using the plain html editor only, you can use old or deprecated HTML, but if you use the WYSIWYG editor at all on your listings, it does change things to try & make them XHTML compliant, not always successfully.

The uppercase to lowecase can be fixed for the entire template in one go, by many text editors.

I just ran your listing (minus eBid's part of the page) through CSE HTML validator lite, it's throwing up lots of nesting errors with your tables, missing quotes around attributes, missing # for hex coded colours, extra tags & missing end tags.
