How do I add a description to a wanted item?

I'm trying to add a description to a particular item I'm looking for. I can upload a picture, but how do I add the description in the description box? The heading for the description box appears, but no box appears to key a description into.

I think some people were having similar problems when listing items for sale. Have you tried either changing your default editor type via your My Ebid > My Defaults, or looking via a different browser (e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome)? If it is the same problem others reported you should find one of those fixes it.

Thank you for the reply. I had some problems trying to put details in all about me, too. I'll check out what you said, I must admit I'm a novice at these sort of things. I'm desperately searching for a knitting pamphlet I saw on a book selling site and I have the picture of the pamphlet I also want to put it up. Somewhere in this big wide world someone must have a copy of that pamphlet and will sell it to me!!

You were absolutely correct! I changed my defaults and was able to enter a description in the all about me and I believe I now have a "wanted" ad as well. Thanks sooooooo much. I want to tell you about a site called Ravelry.com check it out. You may be able to sell some of your items there!!

Hurrah, glad it worked. You're very kind, but crafts are definitely not my area of talent. However, I'll pass that on to my friend Babs who *does* have skill in this area. Thanks for the thought.
