    You should be getting an automatic response with a ticket number, almost immediately. If you're not seeing those it suggest you have an issue with spam traps. Have a paddle in your viagra ads and see if you can find something!

    Which email address did you use for support, have you tried using the Contact Us form instead?
    Is your email address a yahoo,or AOL one, both of these have been known to block eBid emails before now?
    Have you set your email client to accept emails from eBid?

    As ByKimbo has said they send an automated ticket usually within the hour followed by a proper reply asap later.

    My counters have seemed to work fine up til today.... most of the counters have all reset to zero, even though the listings were half way through their time!
    It's very irritating!

    I think anybody who notices counter problems should lodge a support ticket (don't forget auction IDs... like I do ) since I get the impression support think this is fixed now, and ebidders have a different take on it! I must admit, I've not had any problems with mine, or I'd be taking my own advice.

    Default Another view problem

    Hello all,

    I'm new here....was over the other side..but have defected....love the site.

    I was shocked this moring to see that I've lost some of my 'view' figures...looks like no-one has seen any of my auctions..which could be true for some!!...but I know that the other day at least two had been viewed..!!!

    Think we need some clarification from 'up top' as to what they are doing about this...anyone? anyone?

    Welcome llilliediamond2 to Ebid.

    As bykimbo says above, I think the more support tickets that are raised on this issue the more likely the view counter figures will be sorted out once and for all.

    My views seem a lot better now - they seem more realistic, although there are loads and loads that have the figure 2 against them.... makes me wonder if its a coincidence! LOL!

    my counters seemed to be working normally after the site update they did the other day.... until some reset to zero yesterday evening!??

    I must agree, Its most disconcerting.
    We could also do with a counter for the number of people watching.
