I signed up lifetime account but never got my FREE T shirt, how do I get my FREE Tshirt?

I've also made one sale, but the person never paid up.

I'm beginning to sense a "lagging" trend here...

Am I missing something?

Welcome to ebid. You have to write into support with your size in order to get the shirt, but they send them our promptly. Someone smarter than I will be along shortly with the correct email address, or you could perhaps do a forum search for "free ebid t-shirt."
Bummer about the non-paying first buyer, maybe they've had some personal troubles and just haven't had time to cope with the purchase yet. I sell other places too, and the only place I've ever had true non-payers was at feebay, after they changed some feedback rules. Those evasive non-payers were the minority though; the others all paid up eventually, but had experienced some really lousy life circumstances.

To talk about your free t shirt, email support@ebid.net. Possibly if you clearly state your desired size and of course the purpose of your email, they will mail it immediately, but if not, they will at the least immediately give you a ticket number and then reply to your email within approximately 24 hours. I've found this email address and the people using it to be very responsive and helpful.

they do however send it by the cheapest way poss.... so it might take some weeks to get to the USA... but you will get it

If your first buyer was also a newbie, they might be having problems navigating the site?

When they say be patient getting your T shirt, they mean it. Comes by roeboat across the pond. Took 69 days to get mine.Really, i think customs was the problem.
