Paypal,Primary and current total...?

I might be having a spot of braindeath on this issue but i think that is why i had probably better ask-My paypal "British Pound Primary"total amount is always £10 less than my "Current total in GBP"[ my total in "US Dollars" is always $14 no matter how much i actually have in.]

I know the "Current total in GBP"is what may not yet be available,but it is NEVER available,do you have to keep a minimum balance of £10?Have i lost £10 somewhere?

I think what is winding me up most is that i keep searching the paypal site for some explanation and there is none,can anyone shed any light on this?

The total is your GBP plus your US$ converted.

But my total in US dollars never changes...Ever.Even when i had less than $14 in...
