Google API Callback URL

Does anyone know anything about this? I have a Google merchant account and have used that for a way to pay us when the auction closes.

But I got a message for eBid that says, "Don't forget to add a API Callback.

How do I do this?
I see there is a place in Google Checkout to add a URL, but what type of URL do I use? What is it's purpose?
