Terry, you don't seem to understand that the non-paying bidder never got an invoice so that he/she could pay! Does this mean the buyer should not have the ability to leave feedback for a seller who has either vanished or decided to ignore their buyer? Just because I would not resort to leaving a negative, I don't want to judge other buyers who would leave negative, and justifiably so!

I am mostly a Seller, but you have to look at it from the other side sometimes.
The Seller of the item in original post is registered as a Seller, that means you are not able to pay with paypal without a Invoice.
Feedback has to work on both sides
I list my items with the added payment of Nochex, this is not intergrated so I will send invoice if they ask to pay with that method, If I dont send invoice when asked the Buyer should be able to leave feedback after a while, they did win the item and should be able to pay for it.

If the seller cant be bothered to respond then i agree the buyer should leave neg, it stands to reason. Just like if the buyer didn't respond then the seller should leave neg.
