Some great Dvd's ---> Here
so very sad & one feels for her children,
I feel very proud of her. She was magnificient and awe inspiring. She fought very bravely with great dignity and invited us all to share the experience with her. My mother lost her battle with ovarian cancer and I never knew much about the physical pain of it; but Jade brought that to the publics' attention. Cancer is painful, so it is important that so many people seek medical attention if they're worried, so that they can get help sooner. My thoughts are with her husband, children, family & friends.. and with the many people throughout the world holding the hand of somebody suffering from this awful illness... Jade will save lives by what she's done and for that, some families will be spared the sadness that her passing will leave..
Hi, just watching Sky News and they have said that a high percentage of those who had the tests for cancer are now in recovery... so The Jade Effect is a positive one... Bless her, she did very well and I think we're all a better world for it.. She used her publicity in a very positive way.
Do you remember when Ronan Keating set up the Marie Keating breast cancer check bus.. well, my neighbour came into to me one day in tears because she feared breast cancer had returned. I suggested she go to Marie Keating as they were visiting local that day. She lost her battle last year but would have lost it sooner if the lump she discovered that day had not been attended to..
RIP Jade.
My thoughts are with her family & friends today.![]()
Hmm. Am I really the only one who couldn't stand her? Good riddance, I say. The only positive thing she ever did (and not by intent) was to highlight our failing school and social systems.
I see that she set up a charity foundation in her dying days... so she didn't think to do this before she was dying, even though she must have had the money and publicity pouring in? Personally I don't even think it was her idea, Mr Clifford probably did all the thinking for her (she wasn't exactly known for her cerebral talent). There are already plenty of cancer charities, we don't need yet another.
Perhaps it was a mistake for her to hire Max Clifford, seeing her in the papers practically every day for the past few weeks (and far too much before that for a failed reality TV wannabe, before she even knew she had cancer) and repeatedly on the TV news has made me totally sick to death of her ugly mush. Well that's publicity she's paid for with her life, I hope it was worth it.
Don't even get me started on her worthless thug of a husband. Wouldn't surprise me to see those kids taken off him by the social services.

What a nasty mean spirited person you are. You obviousy haven't got an ounce of empathy in your being.
People like you make me so sick.

totally agree...I have seen earlier pictures of Jade when she was a dental assistant. She has a long standing history of raising money for cancer related charities before she went into the Big Brother house.
She also recently attempted to run a marathon for charity....managed 20 miles ( a sight more than most people do)
