    Talking - tgif -

A business man got on an elevator.

When he entered, there was a blond already inside who greeted him with a bright, 'T-G-I-F.'

He smiled at her and replied, 'S-H-I-T.'

She looked puzzled and repeated, 'T-G-I-F,' more slowly.

    He again answered, 'S-H-I-T.'

The blond was trying to keep it friendly, so she smiled her biggest smile, and said as sweetly as possibly, 'T-G-I-F.'

The man smiled back to her and once again 'S-H-I-T.'

The exasperated blond finally decided to explain. 'T-G-I-F' means 'Thank Goodness It's Friday.' Get it, duuhhh?'
    .
    .
    .
    .

The man answered, ''S-H-I-T' means 'Sorry, Honey, It's Thursday.'

Is it possible that your blonde recently moved? She sounds like a new neighbor of mine.

I live in a semi-rural area. We recently had a new neighbor call the local township administrative office to request the removal of the Deer Crossing sign on our road.

    The reason:
"Too many deer are being hit by cars out here! I don’t think this is a good place for them to be crossing anymore."

Well they recently installed a zebra crossing on our road at gawd knows what cost - and I have yet to see a single one use it. Same with the panda and pelican crossings in town.
