As long as there is a tomorrow~ I'll never get around to dieting
I had no choice. I stopped smoking three years ago this month. Back then, I was about 160 pounds. When I weighed myself in January, I found that I was at 260 pounds. I had gained 100 pounds in three years since quitting smoking. My back was hurting, my knees were hurting, and it was painful just to sit in the pickup and drive. I feel much better now that I'm at 225 pounds, but I fully intend to keep on going until I get back to about 160 pounds. It's going to be a long, long year. I will probably never ever want to see another head of lettuce after its over with.
Just remember nothing tastes as good as being thin feels! Are your back and knees feeling better already?
Her indoors has bought me one of those plastic cigarettes, I cant get a decent draw from it unless I stick a real cig in the end.
