Default A question about editing and auto-repost

If start an auction with a ten day run, with ten reposts, and then I edit it on day five... the "time to end" will show the reduced time for *this* run. If I leave that untouched, make my other changes, and save...

... when it comes to repost, will it use the original ten days, or the time left when I saved?

I would say the first. As a listing 'fiddler' I think I would have noticed if the repost duration was being eroded.

What's my prize if I am right?

The days left to run stays the same and the number of times to repost stays the same just did it last night

Question Auto Repost takes up my time

Hi, When I repost an item is there anyway of it then leaving the unsold file? I have to spend time going back to check it has been reposted and then go back and delete. Regards Caroline

Nope. Just like with FeeBay... you can re-list items, and they remain *also* in unsold items (with SleazeBay, I think it is because auction ID #'s change)

Normally when I have unsolds, I repost all, then delete all immediately afterwards .. keeps the clutter clear...

However when you set an item to auto-repost, it does *not* leave a copy in unsold's until all the auto-reposts have been cycled through...

If you tick "repost" and "delete" in your auctions I ran: unsold list it will do both actions, neatly reposting and clearing it out of your list at the same time.
