    Well, e', you're the exception to the rule. You just slid back a wee bit but it doesn't diminish your overall perfection in the slightest.

    As for my using Chuck Jackson as an antithesis to the Beatles I was merely pointing out that the latter composed and performed initially for children. As the years past they performed for children who thought they were adults.
    Chuck Jackson was one of many victims of the 60's but his music was Soul and unlike the work of the Beatles it is never heard in elevators.

    I think alot of great artisits never get known because of lack of media exposure.
    I've heard local talent just as good without the million dollar mixin.
    As far as the Beatles go my biggest memory is our teacher telling us that "Lucy in the sky with diamonds" related to LSD. So I guess they would have been a big hit with the druggies at that time. I do like some of their songs. Rolling stones also. Geesh how long can ole Mick go?
