receipt/invoice

hi all,

not sure if this is the correct place to post this question......

i'm trying to locate where i can download a receipt/invoice for the £49.99 i paid.this was for the lifetime deal.

i can see under 'my fees' that there is a section for invoices but my 49.99 does not appear there.

am i looking in the wrong place? its just that i need to submit receipts to our book keeper so she can tally my credit card statement.

You should have received an email verification of your payment - will that do?

yeah i saw that come through but on the email it says:

"Your card has been checked for validity and everything seems to be in order. A security fee of £49.99 has been taken from your card. This is a payment to validate the authenticity of your debit/credit card."

its not really laid out like a receipt. plus it says the 49.99 was a security fee. i really need to be telling the book keeper exactly what it was for.

There will be a record at the bottom of your My eBid > My Subscription page. Don't know if that would be enough to satisfy a book-keeper.

Go to: My ebid > my subscription

Right at the botton, it tells you when, what card & how much you paid.

Would a screen print suffice?
