Problem with copy of invoice

We made a sale yesterday and requested a copy of the invoice in the usual way. However, rather than getting a copy invoice we got lots of links and gobbledy gook (Technical term). Anyone else experienced this?
We have logged it with support - so I'm sure they will get back, but if anyone has an idea in the meantime we would appreciate it.

viewing emails in text format instead of html format?

MMMM, having invoice problems myself, recieved email notification but not in my AAl, went to request invoice and there it was - sent in 1970 (I was 3 !). However when i went to view it ,it dissapeared, i like to pay promptly - whats happening ?
