as far as PP are concerned if you want seller protection on off feebay site sales you have to send to the PP confirmed address if the buyer insists you send to another address then they can change the confirmed address in PP account to also comply with seller protection on off feebay site sales you have to have a tracked and confirmed postal service for the posted goods,

Send it by normal mail and get proof of posting.

i usually go by the amount of the item (value wise ) although there are scammers on both sides, i recently had a customer on here who brought 2 items which i sent recorded delivery, she signed for them left feedback for one and then tried to get paypall to refund her payment saying the items never arrived , i had to prove to paypall that i had sent it recorded delivery , it tooks weeks to get my payment as it was frozen whilst they checked it all out ,thankfully i wasnt the only one she tried to do it too on here and she has now been banned , im just glad i sent it recorded now .
