So you haven't got the dogs trained as pack animals yet then

One with a 'puter on it's back, another with a battery pack, another with the monitor and so on.

Or you could get one of them wheeled doggie sleds and harness them in with an onboard 'puter and do your posting and listing as they exercise along the country lanes.
