All shipments include International Registered Delivery, but not transit insurance - remember they're shipped from Thailand and listed on eBid Singapore so UK Distance Selling Regs do not apply. If you don't insure and they go missing, you've bought under FOB terms = your risk. Having said that, out of 14,000+ parcels in the last six years, less than half a dozen have been truly lost by the post offices.
