If you get no intitial joy, you could always ask for the ticket to be escalted to Gazza & Mark.

Using the same ticket number that you have from support, simply reply and ask for ot to be escalated to Gazza & Mark. They are the owners. I have only had to do this once and Mark was the one that replied after 12ish hours.

You do get human replies.

Sadly no one on the forums except G&M can access your account or give any full explanation.

If all your details are correct, and this is simply down to an error on your part or eBids then I would imagine that you'll be up and running very soon.

Stick with it, I know from experiance it can be a bit fraustrating, but once things are sorted you will be happy it got sorted IMHO

Don't forget to check spam / junk folders as sometimes eBid emails get caught in those two boxes
