Hope someone can help. Invoice has been sent to buyer for item, had postage in auction listing, but payment has been received via Payp## less the postage amount. I have refunded the buyer and asked them to resend payment including postage. Item is now still showing as paid, so I can't cancel the invoice as it is "paid" nor can I issue a new one. This is not the first time I have encountered similar invoicing / refunding problems. Last couple of times similar issues arose I sent invoice via Payp## and never heard from buyers again!! Very frustrating for seller and not too good an experience for new ebid buyers. Any ideas on how to get round this?
