I remember some time last year I had something similar in Tesco gave all my items to the cashier came home & found out that the cashier had given me a game but hadnt charged me for it, I was quickly called a thief by members on this forum. Even though id done everything legal handing it over to cashier they took the security case off & then not knowing tillI got home. I was still branded a thief so how does this make Patriots situation any different.

Granted my friend took the game back next day showed them their error & paid for the game.
