Google Checkout not available in Sell Item Form

I've previously been paid on eBid by buyers using Google Checkout, so I know it did work.

Now (after the lock out is over) when I'm trying to add listings using the SYI form onsite, Google Checkout is not showing in the payment options I can choose to accept - it's not a case of greyed out, it simply isn't there at all.

In my account details, it's still there and set up. The account at GCO is still live and operational. It's only on eBid that it's missing

Just realised that the option to accept ppPay is also missing

This surely is a faulty implementation of location related access?

I have both GCO and ppPay accounts (tied to my UK bank account and my address in the UK) therefore blocking me from being able to select them is not taking account of whether or not I have those accounts, but purely is based on where I'm connecting from?

This'll go down like a lead balloon come the summer holiday season.
