Missing Store Catagories

It has recently come to my attention while I was inquiring about a drop off in sales that there is no longer a Manuals section in Automotive Parts and Accessories we have no way of finding our ebid store in the ebid store listings (and what else this has done is unknown at this point, but we have lost revenue that I know), now I'm not sure if this is intentional or accidental, but I would like an explanation and I need this issue resolved as it has hurt us greatly in lost sales and exposure....thanks for clearing this matter up soon,

Apologies for another posting from me on this matter and some repetition of what has been said before but the following might be helpful. Until a few weeks ago, the drill down for manuals was Cars & Vehicles : Car Manuals & Literature. If a visitor selects the ‘Buy’ tab or the ‘Stores’ tab at the top of the eBid page, he or she will come to the categories directory which lists the second level drill down categories. Because Car Manuals & Literature was at the second level in the drill down, it was shown as a separate category under the ‘Buy’ and the ‘Stores’ tabs and anybody interested in car manuals would be able to select and browse. After some changes within the Cars & Vehicles section, the drill down changed to Cars & Vehicles : Parts & Accessories : Car Manuals & Literature. Because Car Manuals & Literature is now at the third level of the drill down, it is not visible as a category when visitors select the ‘Buy’ or ‘Stores’ tabs. So I think that that the issue for this thread is whether Car Manuals & Literature can go back to being at the second level on the drill down which will bring back visibility. It would be much appreciated if somebody could have a look at this. Thank you. Robert

Go to 'Help' then 'contact us' then click on the 'ticket link.

What I was also refering to (as well as westlondoncarparts piont) is this when I click on the stores tab above, my store cannot be found..it is not under cars and is not under books and in short I cannot find it anywhere, and I'm wondering where else its gone missing as well, not to mention you have lowered us to a third tier in the catagories column as suggested above... the end results has been dropped sales either way, and I think we found an explination for it, now please fix it.... Thank you

Well then I apologize... I went by the heading website suggestions and glitches and assumed that it was meant for reporting, my apologizes... your right it is only my guess and I have no proof that the missing listing and lowered category revamp is responsible, but it pretty coincidental that our sales have dropped off right around the same time this all took place, yet our sales on other sites remain high....just a guess at this point, but a valid one... I think

Well I must have gotten somewhere because all of a sudden my store appeared under the store listings.... although it’s now under parts & accessories instead of manuals, at least its back...Thank you to whomever was responsible, have a safe and happy holiday season...peace
