are you uploading pics from photobucket? if so you need to highlight the direct link or IMG code, right click & copy (CTRL & C), then open your message box and click on the little yellow square box at the top which looks like it has a mountain on it, then paste your code in there (CTRL & V), bravo your image should show up in your message box
