My question is, on my print store i have approx 12 auctions which i can see and they are all Ok .But the list on the right hand side of the page says i do not have any print auctions.Could any kind person tell me how to fix it...Many thanks in advance.

Hi Sword42, you have me confused (not difficult), the only apparent glitch I can see on your all about page is that the number of items in the prints store is showing as zero. It maybe best to have a word with support@ebid.tv about this, as the items are in your store.

As for the list on the right hand side, are you talking about the "other items by this seller"? If so this is a random selection of items from your listings.

When were the items listed? The "items in shop" count is only updated twice a day, isn't it? Isn't that one of the 1am, 1pm things?

Thanks for the confirmation. I'll try to move that from the mental list marked Things I Believe to the one marked Things I Know... but the trouble is stuff tends to slip back.
