Will we ever have a Nottinghamshire team back in the Premiership ?

I think in about 2014 / 15. I have a bet thats running that is for Forest to play in champions league or equivalent should name change by 2015 and I got 200-1 at the beginning of last season 07/08 season

Yes, 1 promotion (as things stand) and 1 year in top flight thats all it needs,
