Unable to send invoice

I've been trying to send a buyer an invoice all day. I click on the drop down menu and send invoice and nothing happens. It just goes back to the auction page. Has this happened to anyone else? What's the problem?

No idea but everytime I try to send invoice to my buyer it claims I have to upgrade to seller plus

What level of seller are you? if you haven't subscribed to seller+ you'll need to email your payment methods directly to your buyer. If you have, then open a ticket with ebid support.
