bit of advice needed..my internet has started to run slow..and sometimes will not display the page..tells me i am not contcted to internet when i am..ok...have ran ccleaner..have delted everything not needed...but..this seems to be worse when the small people have their lappys on ...currently 2 laptops on along with mine...any suggestions ?

if they are using the internet on the laptops at the same time then your internet will seem to slow down as your sharing the connection

also if they are downloading something on the lappys then your internet will slow down even more

if you think your not getting full speed then try an online speed checker when no one else is using the internet

I have had a similar problem Jean.

My PC running Vista frequently looses the internet connection, whereas the OH's using XP retains the connection. We are both running the same Browser,Virus program, Firewall and using the same router. I often have to reboot mine to regain the connection. The problem is driving me up the wall as I can find no way to resolve it.

get the same problem, will also like to say this device can perform faster in a usb 2 port (even though its plugged into one) then connection loss
