    Default Have people gone mad??????????

I cannot believe the prices people are asking for kittens recently

    £50 - £150 for a bog standard tabby

What happened to the days when you couldnt give them away ?

People must have caught on that others are willing to pay and so now everyones doing it. Poor cats

Have you tried contacting the RSPCA they sometimes have people who have kittens to give away or the Blue Cross.

Give me a couple of hours and I'll trap one of the %^$%^ that keep using my garden as a public toilet. Actually...Never mind one. How many can you take?

I would sooner go to a rescue centre where they have been inoculated and you also get vouchers for having them spayed or neutered.
My best cats have come from rescue places as they know what a cr** life can be

A 12 bore does the trick. Not really.Wait till dark put the mess in a bag place it on the owners door step set light to the bag and ring the bell when they see the bag alight they will stamp on it.

I wouldn't buy mine from a pet shop, and wouldn't pay that amount of money unless it was from a rescue centre, there are too many unwanted cats, left to go feral as it is.

I have 3 cats, 2 from a small local rescue centre and 1 from a friend

We got our old moggy from a local rescue centre and gave them a reasonable but not outrageous donation. No one wanted here as she was old and had been there months. Best thing we ever did!

We've got loads of them here too that sneak into the garden when the dogs aren't looking. I've lost count of how many scratches we've had when we've caught some of them and taken them to the local pound. We can't take any in cos the dogs don't get on with cats. Partly our fault as we've encouraged the dogs to look on cats as the enemy to chase them away and try and keep them out of my flowers.
