Payment finally made

My buyer has finally paid for an item they won 6th November, I had left them negative feedback but said I would change it should payment appear, now it seems I can't re-do the feedback from a negative to either a neutral or positive. any help is appreciated

Bit quick with the neg op i think.I always give 8 days before i start asking if there is a problem.I have had buyers that only get to a computer at the week end.Dont know what you can do.Try asking admin.

I've always believed the ability to change the feedback is one of ebid's strengths... odd if you now can't do that. What are the symptoms?

I disagree with you on this, the seller had told the buyer on more than one occasion that payment had not been made, but the buyer insisted it had been made through pppay, which it had not. Craig had tried telling the buyer this and the buyer still refused to make payment. That's why he left negative feedback (which I advised he did) otherwise he would not have been able to claim his fvf back

If you go to my eBid > my feedback on left then click on "view/edit what you've said" then you will see 3 lines for each transaction, one bit will say click here to edit. That should work for you

I wonder if it's because it's a dutch auction that is still running? There seem to be some peculiarities around that area.
