Feedback reminder not working?

Hi All

i noticed a while ago that i was not able to send a feedback reminder if i had already left feedback for an item i had sold, but now i am not able to send one for items i have sold and not left feedback for yet.

i go to my items sold page, drop down through the options next to the particular sale, click on feedback reminder, and get taken to the next page.

then, despite people not having left feedback, no sales or buyers show up so i can not send reminders out!

anyone having the same problem, or is it me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you give us mroe specifics, what ID/title are you expecting to see and where?

Hi Gazza

first i click on the 'my eBid' tab and then the 'sold' tab and a list of the last 9 customers i have had comes up. to the right of the auction details is the AAL status with the boxes either green or red depending on if they have been actioned/entered or not.

If i click the little arrow where it says 'please choose' i can click on an option, send payment reminder, add note, request feedback etc..

when i click on 'request feedback' it takes me to another page and no orders or customers are there for me to request feedback from.

i have left seven feedback (2 negatives whose names have been struck through now) and have still to leave 2 feedback but have received no feedback whatsoever from any of the nine customers. therefore there should be nine requests i can send?

Hi there

it is still not working, but the amount of customers of mine it is affecting has gone up!!!
