    Hi there Gazza,

    Sorry to bother you, but I opened a support ticket 3 weeks ago and haven't received a reply. I'm worried my emails (I wrote to you again a few days ago) haven't reached you, and one of my Ebid friends suggested I post a thread dedicated to you here in the hope that you would see it.

    Hope that's okay - I know you must be awfully busy on here, especially at this time of year.

    As and when Gazza gets the time to read this thread he's going to need the support ticket number that you'd have received from the automated acknowledgment. If you didn't get one, then chances are that Support didn't get your original question.

    Good luck with an answer - Gazza answered a question I put on here, asked for the support no. as the answer I had from support wasn't satisfactory, and I never heard anymore!?

    eBid #TVH-18783-593 - I wanted to know how to answer a question on a dutch auction that had finished. The question didn't appear anywhere but on the closed auction!!

    This was over a week ago now and I am sure the new member probably thinks I am just rude for not answering their question!? I spent over 2 days trying and head various suggestions from other members, none of which worked.

    Hi Gazza,

    I've just completed emptied my email inbox incase that has been the problem in receiving your email, though as far as i'm aware my inbox limit hasn't been exceeded. Please let me know, and if there's a problem with my ISP i'll get onto them straight away.

    Pyreta: Which ISP e-mail ISP do you use? I can't remember the names but there have been problems in the past. I think it was with AOL and Yahoo, but can't be certain.
